How are appointments made?

Surfside Kids Dental does our best to schedule appointments which are most convenient for you and when time is available. Our younger patients should be seen in the morning because they are more refreshed and our team can take as much time as needed for your child's comfort. School children with a lot of work to complete should be seen also in the morning for the same reasons.

Dental appointments are an excused absence and Surfside Kids Dental will be more than happy to send a letter with you for either work or school needs.

If you need to reschedule your appointment

Since appointments are reserved exclusively for each patient, we ask that you please notify our office at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Missed appointments are unused times that another patient who needs our care could have scheduled their treatment. We do understand that unexpected events can happen, and ask for your help in minimizing missed appointments.

Can I stay with my child during their visit?

Here at Surfside Kids Dental, we have an open door policy. You are absolutely welcome to stay with your child during all aspects of each and every visit. We want children as well as parents to be as comfortable as possible with appointments and welcome you to stay with your child.

Our Financial Policy

Payment for professional services are due at the time of service. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which was verified with your insurance, (if applicable) and a financial agreement for private paying patients will be discussed. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and most major credit cards.
