The list below displays great examples of types of foods you can enjoy and avoid while considering your diet and food choices. It is important to eliminate any foods that are hard, sticky, chewy and crunchy because they can damage your appliances. Broken appliances can stop or reverse treatment progress. Be sure to avoid the foods listed to ensure you do not need extensive repairs. Restricting your diet may be a hard adjustment, however, we encourage you to envision how beautiful your smile will look at the end of treatment.
